Details on our Low Price Guarantee
On product categories where Siemens, through it's Purchase Advantage Website, guarantees that it will offer the lowest price on any item, we will in fact beat the unit price on this item by not less than 5%. Low price guarantee does not include:
- Shipping charges - we do not offer free shipping
- Used items - we sell new items only and only new items will be considered
- Sales tax - in most cases we must collect sales tax
- Phone or direct sales orders - low price guarantee is for Purchase Advantage website orders only!
- Proposals issued by Siemens - must be a competitor to Siemens to qualify
- Request for best price must be BEFORE order is submitted
- Competitive price must be based on the same volume requested and for an identical product and brand
- Offer excludes promotion codes, coupons or any other order based or volume discounting
The Purchase Advantage webstite has a $50 order minimum that still must be met regardless of prices. Proof of a lower advertised price must be provided. Proof of price would be a copy of an advertisement or sales proposal from a competing company or website. Low price guarantee covers only certain product categories.
