SW208C:
For applications with space restrictions, the compact systems offer high flow rates (up to 17 gpm) in a compact floor space. These units feature a non-electric control valve, which provides counter-current regeneration for a dual tank design.
This Softener shall remove hardness to less than 1/2 gpg when operated in accordance with the operating instructions. The system includes two tanks. The SW208C duplex configuration will operate with one tank on-line during service, for constant supply of software. During regeneration cycles, one tank provides water to service and to the regenerating tank. A water meter will initiate when the system enters into regeneration. The water meter measures the processed volume and is adjustable to meet customer’s requirements. Service flow is down-flow while regeneration flow is up-flow.
SW210CP:
Also, available is a softener with an advanced design that offers flexibility in set-up and operation. This flexibility enables the systems to operate in either an overdrive configuration (with both tanks in service simultaneously), for maximum flow, or in an alternating configuration (one tank is in service at a time), for maximum efficiency. After setting the flow configuration and meter volume, these units work automatically to provide continuous high quality soft water for high flow applications. Flow rates for these systems are up to 47 gpm. These are especially (but not limited to) use with a Centra system.
Like the SW208C the SW210CP will also remove hardness to less than 1/2 gpg, Service down-flow and regeneration up-flow. This system includes two tanks plus and external brine tank. This duplex configuration will operate in alternating or parallel mode depending on installed program disc. In alternating mode, one tank will be on-line during service. In parallel mode, both tanks will be on-line during service. With either mode, during regeneration cycles, one tank shall provide water to service and to the regenerating tank. A water meter will initiate system regeneration. The water meter shall measure the processed volume and is adjustable. Service flow shall be down-flow and regeneration flow shall be up-flow.
