Great web site and ordering was easy. Manufacturer spec sheets were available for most product that made proper filter selection easy. Really liked the free shipping on Pentek filters. I plan on making all my filter purchases from here. Pentek makes the best filters and they are made in the US.

Not being particularly at ease with computer ordering, I had some trouble at first understanding the process, but with the help of a telephone contact my order was easilt accomplished...plus she gave me a code for free shipping. Very nice.

Excellent products, great prices, resonable delivery rates. Only complaint is not being able to track my package. Website allows you to display your past orders but when you click on "view" it brings you back to the sign in page. There seems to be a bug on the website where you have to login multiple times. It's a bit of a hastle but the products and prices are worth it.

I experienced some difficulty in placing a repeat order but the staff was very helpful in assisting me execute the order. One suggestion is that any error in the forms should be highlighted in RED rather than the normal font and black type to help customers find the errors more easily.

I wish I could comment on the material I purchased! It's been 15 days since I placed my order and I have yet to receive even an email regarding it! Not the sharpest online merchant.
